FUTA Cut off Mark for all Department and Courses 2021/2022 – Following the scrapping out of post UTME by the federal government, the Joints Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) had given a benchmark of 180 and above for candidates applying for Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education. Hitherto, the Federal University of Technology Akure has follow suit in the 180 general cut of mark of JAMB.

Candidates with higher scores are first considered; in admission basics, candidates with lower scores though might meet the cut off mark of 180 may likely not be admitted. In fact, it is the higher your scores, the higher the chance of being admitted.

  • Printed Post-UTME Screening Form
  • Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
  • Internet copy of O’level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS)
  • Printed copy JAMB Result Slip
  • Local Government Indigene/Citizen/Residence Certificate
  • Recent colored passport photographs (Not less than 16 copies)

Candidates MUST meet the minimum UTME scores for their chosen courses; have the right UTME subject combinations as directed by JAMB and also, meet the requirements for admission as seen above for a candidate to be eligible for admission

    1. the cut off mark for courses like industrial design is 180….but it all depends on your fellow candidates, those with higher scores will be considered first for the admission
